CSG Science & Technology Exchange Center is situated in the core area of Science City, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, merely a 5-minute drive from the headquarters of CSG. Boasting a total construction area of 6,650 square meters, the center nestles against Jianfeng Mountain. Its facade is integrated with the 110kV Jianfeng Substation, shaped into an architectural image as "A Vessel of S&T". It is committed to showcasing innovative achievements in China's power sector and presenting the innovative brand image of CSG.

Positioned as an integrated innovation complex incorporating academic exchanges, intellectual property operation, S&T achievements display, and research outcomes commercialization, the center features diversified functional spaces including a grand conference hall, creative salon zones and an integrated media center to accommodate various types of events.

Hosting numerous high-profile events through themed exhibitions and technical demonstrations, the center has evolved into a vital platform advancing technological progress in the power industry and facilitating cross-industry communication and collaboration. Jingxia Village is located in the core area of Jiulong Lake, Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. It is not only one of the first batch of model villages under Guangdong Province’s “Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, and Ten Thousand Villages Project” (the “Baiqianwan Project”), but also a key showcase for implementing the national “dual carbon” strategy and promoting integrated urban-rural development. On the basis of the comprehensive land consolidation and spatial restructuring carried out by the Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District Government, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, in collaboration with the government, has built the first “Future Village” pilot renovation model in Guangdong Province. Through a government–enterprise–household partnership, they have launched the first “Future Village” intelligent distribution grid demonstration project of China Southern Power Grid. Characterized by large-scale application of power electronic equipment, this project constructs a rural AC/DC hybrid power system, leveraging new power system development to empower the “Baiqianwan Project” . Jingxia Village has been successfully selected as the only pilot site in South China under the United Nations’ “China Zero-Carbon Villages Promotion Project”. It provides a replicable and scalable model for constructing near-zero-carbon rural new power systems in southern China, delivering multi-win outcomes in government governance, industrial leadership, and improved well-being for local residents
